Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

 

Return Policy

• You need to return the item within 15 days after the purchase is made or the item is received with a proof of purchase (e-receipt from AMATA T-shirts or bank statement) for exchanges or a refund.

• The item can be returned (for exchanges or a refund) via post at your own cost.

• The item must be in original sale condition including unworn, unwashed or unused with original tags/labels attached.

• Please ensure that you meet the conditions outlined in our Return, Exchanges or Refund Policy (please see below) before proceeding. 

• Once we received the return item, we will process the refund or exchanges and inform you by email. Your refund may take up to 15 days to be processed.

 

What can be returned or exchanged?

 

We accept:

• Faulty returns - If the product you purchase from us is faulty or mistakenly described, we are sorry. You will be entitled for a refund or exchange, please read through “What is my right to refund the purchase item?” below. The item must be in original sale condition including unworn, unwashed or unused with original tags/labels attached. The item can be returned for exchanges or a refund via post at your own cost.

 

• Change of mind - You may be entitled to an exchange of an item for the equivalent value if the item is still in our hands and has not been delivered to you yet. In case you’d like to exchange the item with a higher value (price), you still can exchange it but you need to pay the difference of the value.

 

We do not accept:

• Change of mind returns - after the item is purchased and you simply changed your mind, AMATA T-shirts reserves our rights not to give you a refund.

What is your right to refund the purchase item?

 

You are entitled to get a refund for the items you purchase from AMATA T-shirts if the item is:

• Faulty and the fault or defect was not declared to you before you purchase it,

• Not fit for its purpose, in another word the item does not do what it is supposed or described to do.

 

You need to return the item within 15 days after the purchase is made or receive the item with a proof of purchase (e-receipt from AMATA T-shirts or bank statement) for a refund.

 

• If you do not return the item within the timeframe mentioned above, you will not be entitled to a refund of that purchase item. 

• If you are entitled to a refund but would like to exchange it for another item of equivalent value to that return item instead of a refund, AMATA T-shirts is happy to exchange it for you.

• All the refunds will be returned to the original forms of your payment (if you purchase and pay by credit card, the refund will be returned to your credit card).

• You may be asked to provide some personal details for returns, exchanges or refunds. These details will only be used for the purpose of processing the return, exchanges or refunds.
